At Maison du Sac, every item undergoes a two-step quality control process. Each product is carefully inspected by our trusted vendors and then re-inspected by the Maison du Sac Quality Control team to ensure it meets our standards and is free from defects or damage before shipping.

Because all items are thoroughly reviewed prior to dispatch, all purchases are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed or shipped.
