At Maison du Sac, each item is curated and handled with care. Due to the exclusive and limited availability of our products, we maintain the following policy:

All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Quality Assurance

All items are thoroughly inspected by our vendors and again by the Maison du Sac Quality Control team prior to shipment to ensure they meet our standards for quality and presentation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds or replacements are only considered in the rare event that:

• You receive a damaged item, or
• You receive an incorrect item

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• A brief description of the concern

Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
• Incorrect address provided at checkout
• Delays caused by carriers or customs
• Normal wear, minor variations, or packaging differences

Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized disputes may result in account restrictions.
