All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Maison du Sac operates on a limited-quantity model. Items are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out quickly.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping.
Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier:
- Domestic (U.S.): 5–10 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, or high-volume periods. Maison du Sac is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.
Quality Control
Every item is carefully inspected by our vendors and again by the Maison du Sac Quality Control team prior to shipping to ensure it meets our standards for craftsmanship and presentation.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our inventory, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Refunds are only issued in the rare event that:
- The incorrect item was received
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos and your order number.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed.
